Powertek POS PDUs provide highly reliable power distribution for all devices in your Rack and delivers power from 3,5kW to 176kW providing remote access to power at input level monitoring of most critical electrical parameters and PDU status. These PDUs provide controlled on/off or rebooting of outlets individually or as a group. They enable authorized users to power cycle devices remotely in a specific order, offer power sequencing delays to minimize inrush currents, and prevent unauthorized device provisioning. Each unit also provides measurements for loads (A), voltage (V), active power (W), apparent power (VA), Reactive Power (VAR), Current and Voltage Harmonics distortion, crest factor, power factor, peak current, peak voltage and energy power consumption at inlet level PDUs are available in single-phase and 3-Phase power distribution options with input capacities from 16 A to 160 A. All PDUs are certified to UL/IEC 62368 and equipped with V2-IEX LOCK cable locking mechanism to eliminate accidental cord disconnects even using standard power cords from any supplier POS PDUs also feature external authentication and authorization support, while SNMP traps provide automated alerts on power and environmental conditions. Environmental parameters use the Powertek EMD 33 plug-and-play sensor which monitor temperature and humidity up to 8 sensors and 2 digital inputs per sensor to sense water, airflow, smoke, contact closures, and more.
